    Curiosity…..is Oregon going to allow your Portland address for residency purposes?

      Hi Rebecca,

      Addresses do not typically establish residency. We are not sure on all of the guidelines as every State is different. Generally you file taxes and establish residency in the State that you live in the majority time of the year.
