I've been using Traveling Mailbox for the past 6 years and have been impressed with their service. They scan the outside of every piece of mail and then you can elect to have the contents scanned or shredded. I've had mail forwarded and had them deposit checks without issue. Also, their customer support is fantastic. Highly recommended!

I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and they have never let me down. I have been basically out of the country for about those 5 years and the customer service and the service that they provide is amazing.
I very much recommend it to anybody that's traveling or is anybody that just really hates to open up their mail and rather look at it digitally online or other cell phone.
I have to say that I read a review saying that over the last couple of years things have started to change at traveling mailbox and that it takes weeks to upload mail which I think is an absolutely ridiculous lie because I think the longest I've ever had it take for my mail to be uploaded was a day and a that is during tax season.
Otherwise it takes about 8 hours for the mail to be uploaded at the very most and they do have a service that they will open any piece of mail, not a package, for $5 within 10 minutes if it's urgent for you to look at
So this "hiring manager" that wrote that review is misinformed at best.
Why would he stay with a company that takes weeks to upload his mail? Dude you have to request the letter to open, scan , forward, or shred so if it just sits in your mailbox it's on you.
Like I said, I've been with this company for over 5 years and I can tell you for a fact that they have never waited more than a day at the very most to upload my mail for me to see if I wanted if I want to open and scan.
I know this because I often opt for paper and online email notifications from the companies that I deal with and I have never received an email telling me that they mailed out something and then for it to be uploaded by traveling mailbox.
