Do you currently have a Traveling Mailbox but wish to change your address or use a different location? This page has been setup to answer your FAQ's and instruct you on how to make this change.
In order to change your address or use a different location that we provide, you must signup for a new address/account and then cancel your current account when you are ready. We recommend contacting senders of your mail and give them your new Traveling Mailbox Address and then cancel your current account after mail has started to arrive.
Can you forward my mail to my new Traveling Mailbox?
Traveling Mailbox cannot forward your mail from one Traveling Mailbox to another automatically. We recommend contacting senders of your mail and give out your new address prior to cancelling your current Traveling Mailbox. If you do not, you will need to login to your old account and request mail to be forwarded manually.
Is a New USPS Form 1583 required?
Yes. Upon opening your new account, you will need to complete a new USPS Form 1583 for all recipients listed on the account.
Will the scanned images of my mail transfer to my new account?
Unfortunately no. We recommend downloading all of your images prior to cancelling your account. Note: You can subscribe to a Membership Plan to maintain access to your account.
When should I cancel my old account?
We recommend cancelling your old Traveling Mailbox address after mail has started to arrive in your new account.
