This service will provide cloud document storage for just about any document out there. From warranties, brochures, artwork, recipes, legal documents, invoices, etc … you will have access to them in one place from anywhere in the world. In addition, we will be including two specialty features for business cards and receipts. We will scan your business cards in so you can view your contacts all in one place. You will be able to share them with other people and add them in Outlook. We will also scan in your receipts and extract the data so you manage your expenses.
All of these features will be available in your customer portal so for the first time, you will be able to view your postal mail, important documents, business cards, and receipts all in one place from anywhere in the world! This service will be included with our Extended and Small Business plans or you can purchase it separately for $9.95 per month. With the docBox subscription, you can upload your own documents, receipts, and business cards or purchase once of our bulk scanning services where we will ship a prepaid envelope or box right to doorstep. Simply fill it full of your documents and drop it off at your local post office or UPS Store. Once we receive it, we will scan in your documents and extract the data for you!
