Travelin Mailbox has been great for us while traveling. Their customer service is always patient and precise. Weve never experienced anything but superb service.

I relocated to Canada for work several years ago and, since then, have relied on this service to receive/scan all my US mail. I can't say enough about how quietly efficient this service is. All incoming mails get scanned within a few hours of request. Mail and packages I want forwarded get forwarded promptly at reasonable rates. Customer service on phone/chat is personal, fast and efficient. I am a light user and always fit well within the maximum scans, so the baseline monthly cost is a good fit for me.

We've been using TMB for years. We travel a lot, and the service is really incredible. Obviously it's not that difficult to collect someone's mail, scan the envelope and make it available anywhere in the world instantly, but that's not where the service ends--they're just getting started. They do it all, but more importantly the level of personal service--not personalized, but truly personal--is as high as can be. No matter the inquiry, someone--usually someone I have worked with before!--replies almost instantly. They have the right answer, and they go the extra mile to give you the links you need, or info you need. And, yep, they're nice, and they are smart. Not to encourage TMB, but I would gladly pay double for the service! 🙂
