I used the Traveling Mailbox services for three years. During this time I never had one single issue. The service is top notch and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that is traveling or just want to use them to service your mail needs instead of using your home address. Traveling mailbox has excellent customer service, easy to reach and great at explaining what they can offer. Please try them, you won't be disappointed.

Honestly, I thought this mailing service was great! I liked the service so much that I've held on to it for a while even after moving back to a permanent residence. In the meantime I will be taking advantage of the 'membership' so that I'm instantly ready to subscribe again when the time comes. I'm going to miss getting ALL of my mail scanned to PDF till then though. I'll definitely do some long-term travel in the future and Traveling Mailbox will be my mail service for sure! Thanks for a great experience, I'll be sure to tell anyone I know that needs a mailing service about you guys.

I've used Traveling Mailbox for 10 years while living abroad in Mumbai and New Zealand. I never had an issue with mail receiving, scanning, or forwarding, and the online portal worked exactly as expected. I can highly recommend their service.

Traveling Mailbox was a Godsend for me when I was travelling 100%. It allowed me to view mail items to determine what the have them shred/delete or have sent to me wherever I was. One of the best things I loved was having them shred & delete the junk mail! The only drawback was that even though you get a physical address, some organizations link to the post office database and new it was more of a "PO Box" and would not accept it. But, if I ever travel 100% again, I will definitely use them.

Perfect for Snowbirds! We are very pleased with Travel Mailbox. We activate in the winter when we do our snowbird trip out of the country and suspend it in the spring when we return. We have the annual membership so we can keep our assigned address and sign up for service each winter. Works perfectly!
