A Quick Tip for your Traveling Mailbox

Greetings!

We would like to take this opportunity to provide a quick tip to ensure that you get the most out of your Traveling Mailbox.

1) Ensure your mail is addressed correctly. We highly recommend contacting senders of your mail and giving them your address directly. This is especially important for your important documents.

2) This next tip falls in line with the first one but it is very important to ensure that your mail is addressed with your mailbox number. Note: It is okay if it extends to the third line of the address. Here are a couple of examples:

Your Name

1923 Bragg St # 140-XXXX

Sanford, NC 27330

Your Name

3824 Cedar Springs Rd # 801

Ste. XXXX

Dallas, TX 75219

Your Name

75 N Woodward Ave

# 8000-XXXX

Dallas, TX 75219

Your Name

6170 W Lake Mead Blvd

# 461-XXXX

Las Vegas, NV 89108

These are just a few examples. We highly recommend taking a few minutes out of your day to ensure that senders of your mail have the correct address on file for you.

We use custom software that recognizes your four digit mailbox number on your envelopes which helps us sort and process mail faster. Your efforts by ensuring that your mail comes to us addressed correctly will greatly help us processing your mail more efficiently and correctly.

The team at Traveling Mailbox is working very hard to improve our company, products and services. In the next month or so we are going to be launching several new services that will help you organize your documents so please stay tuned for those updates.

If anyone has any questions, suggestions, or feedback, please email us at Support@TravelingMailbox.com or respond to this email and we will take the time to respond to each and every email.

We look forward to hearing from you!
