I have had this service for over 6 years and was thrilled with it. Items were uploaded quickly, scan turnaround was prompt and we had no complaints. We thought this a great idea as we sold our home and were not sure where we should settle so decided to rent for a few years. Over the last 2 years however things started to slowly change. Mail has taken weeks to get uploaded. As a business owner this had a negative effect and caused us to miss deadlines. Appears that items are arriving and taking quite some time to be sorted and scanned to accounts. This was shocking and since we had never had this issue previously we decided to reach out. We took screen shots of the postmark as well as the scan date and sent a message to customer service. We hoped this was just a hiccup with maybe new staff or something. Well, it went sideways from there. We were told it was not their fault as First Class mail always takes 10-14 days to cross the same city and longer if from another state. I simply stated it had never taken that long previously. He then suggested I could try changing my address to another of their less busy facilities if I wanted better turn time. Note that the other city was on the east coast when we are in Oregon. This confirmed to me that it was a problem in Portland. If it would be faster for mail to go across the country vs same state. Looking at the last year it appears that our mail gets uploaded twice a month. I have attached a mail. parcel with a postmark of 8/21/24 and my scan date of 9/4/24. This is now common and with the response we received it was disappointing. Moving away from here is not an easy task. If you cancel outright the fees are astronomical, I get it and that is fine. I honestly do not want to move away. I want the previous service we had for so many years before. Alas, sometimes things have to change.

I live in a foreign country and have been using traveling mailbox for three or four years. I get great service and a variety of options for handling my mail.

Traveling Mailbox is a great service that is wonderful for people who live abroad but need mail in the USA. Plus they are easy and intuitive to work with. Because of that you rarely need to contact customer service but if you do they are present and helpful. Im sticking with Traveling Mailbox

They respond quickly, and the staff are very informed and helpful. I have only used the chat customer service, which is my prefered method, and they are great every time.
