Using your online mailbox via your desktop or laptop PC or our mobile apps on iOS and Android, we can mail your paper check directly to your banking institution to be deposited.
As you are checking your mail in your Traveling Mailbox, you discover a check has arrived that you need to have sent to your bank to be deposited.
After requesting an envelope to be opened and scanned and discovering a check inside, you can now request the check to be sent to your bank.
We endorse your check "For Deposit Only" and include a custom deposit slip and ship it to your bank with a tracking number. All checks are mailed within 24 hours of the request.
The Traveling Mailbox Check Deposit Service is used when customers receive checks in their virtual mailbox. We then mail these checks directly to your bank to be deposited.
All banks accept deposits via checks mailed to them. Most banks have a dedicated address for sending in these types of deposits.

The Check Deposit Service is available on all plans. However, additional fees do apply for its usage. We charge $4.95 per check that you wish to deposit plus the postage to mail it to the bank. All checks are mailed to the address provided via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx so that a tracking number is available.
Yes! You can send several checks at one time or wait a period of time for other checks to arrive so you can consolidate and send them to the bank at one time. This will help you save on postage costs.
This will vary depending upon the financial institution. However, we find that most checks are deposited within 24 hours of being received. We prepare and mail out all deposited requests same day or within 24 hours. Customers can request their checks to be sent same day when available.
