We are pleased to announce the launch of docBox! With docBox, you can now view your postal mail, important documents, receipts, and business cards all in one place! docBox has been included with our Extended and Small Business plans and the features have already been activated for customers on those plans. Those who would like to use docBox for their document storage can upgrade from the Basic to the Extended by contacting us at Support@TravelingMailbox.com or calling in to the office at 1-855-749-1737.
Here is how it works:
1) With the docBox subscription, you will have the ability to upload your own business cards, receipts, and documents.
2) If you would like for us to scan and process your documents, you will need to purchase one of our bulk scanning plans. There are plans for sending just receipts and business cards and there are plans just for sending documents. If you wish to send in receipts, business cards, and documents, there are two All-In-One plans for you to choose from.
3) With the purchase of one our bulk scanning plans, we will send you a prepaid envelope for you to fill with your documents. Simply place your documents inside the envelope and drop it off at your nearest post office. Your envelope or box will be shipped back to us where we will scan and process them.
