Engineers Upgrading Support System


This is a general announcement to the Traveling Mailbox community about upcoming updates to our Support System. We are always looking for ways to improve our company and the way we interact with our customers. Beginning tomorrow (Sunday, October 28, 2012), our Engineers will begin implementing new systems to enhance the customers experience when interacting with our Support team. On our support page, you will notice a new tab on the left hand side of your screen that will allow you to view and search frequently asked questions, submit support tickets, and suggest new features and provide feedback. In addition, our entire email system will be upgraded on our end to improve operations and boost efficiency.

We expect these updates to take at least 24 hours up to 72 hours and some users may experience problems contacting us via email. In that case, please be sure to call us at 1-855-749-1737 or utilize the live chat.
